Each piece is crafted by hand, meaning that every figurine has a unique character that no other piece will exactly replicate.

We pay close attention to polishing these beautiful artworks to accentuate their shine and beauty. However, the polishing process may result in some minor imperfections, such as scratches. Rest assured, these scratches are a natural consequence of the artisanal process and contribute to the distinctive appearance of each figurine.

We strive to handle each piece with the utmost care, but we want to emphasize that these minor imperfections are part of the charm and authenticity of handmade silverware. We hope your customer will appreciate the beauty and character of the figurine, knowing that it has been crafted with love and dedication.

If you choose not to order digital sculpting, please make sure your printable files meet the following criteria:

• • Correct size set
  • Aligned to build plate
  • No floating parts (seperate shells and remove unwanted)
  • No holes, unless they need to be printed
  • Customer wishes applied-file has to look like desired end result

Please note comments regarding digital post-processing will only be considered when digital post-processing has been undertaken. If you submit print-ready files, we will not open these files in 3D modeling software and they will go directly to our printers. If you are unsure about your file, please send an email to your contact person before placing an order.
